GoldCoast completed its amalgamation with the go-public vehicle (CSE:PSYG) and began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol GCR in August 2026. Financial statements for earlier periods were filed by the go-public vehicle under its prior names, Psyence Group Inc. and Cardinal Capital Partners Inc.
