Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Such a determination in one jurisdiction does not affect the validity or enforceability of that or any other provision in any other jurisdiction.

Waiver and reservation of rights

No failure or delay by GoldCoast in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege under these Terms operates as, or may be construed as, a waiver of it, and no single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power, or privilege precludes any further exercise of it or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power, or privilege.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoldCoast regarding your use of this site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, on that subject.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Availability of the site and your access

We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, change, update, suspend, withdraw, or remove any content or feature of this site, or discontinue the site entirely, at any time, and we are under no obligation to keep any content available or up to date.
